01 — Sessions
Three simple ways to practice.
Every session is a real 1:1 conversation, not a quiz. You'll get written feedback afterward, and if a session isn't helpful, it's fully refunded — no awkward conversation required.
02 — How it works
Just three simple steps
- 01Pick a session
Choose one of the three options and send over your contact info and a few times that work.
- 02Practice your interview
We meet on Google Meet. I ask, you answer, and we talk through it together near the end.
- 03Review your debrief
A written, encouraging summary of what landed and what to tighten arrives within 24 hours.
03 — TESTIMONIALS
In their words.
I learned how to think and answer quickly with an answer that is authentic to me.
It really got me to put my skills to the test and then helped me understand what I needed to improve on.
I've partnered with Chris for years and he's helped all of my students sharpen their interviewing skills.
You explained why I most likely made the mistakes I did, which makes it much easier to rectify them in future.
I didn't feel nervous when I went to interview for real. I felt prepared.
Your calm demeanor was helpful in reducing stress around interviews!
04 — Book
Let's find a time.
Fill this out, and I'll email you back within a day to lock in a session over Google Meet. I suggest booking at least a week before a student's real interview. I host a limited number of sessions each week, so earlier is easier — especially in the fall. Parents are welcome to book on a student's behalf!

05 — About me
Hi, I'm Chris.
I spent 10+ years working in higher education, including at UC Irvine and Chapman University. In that time I interviewed, evaluated, and advised thousands of students — which means I know what selective institutions are listening and looking for in college interviews.
Practicing with me is a low-stakes way to work on telling your story clearly, answering "why us?" like you mean it, and handling the questions you can't predict. My job isn't to judge you — it's to help you be the most prepared, most genuinely you version of yourself during your interview.
